Refunds and Deposits Policy

At Adorable Rottweilers Home, we value transparency and aim to provide clarity regarding our refunds and deposits policy. By making a deposit or payment, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Deposits

  1. Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits made to reserve a puppy are non-refundable. This policy ensures that the puppy is secured for you and helps us manage commitments responsibly.
  2. Deposit Amount: The required deposit amount will be communicated during the reservation process and must be paid to confirm your interest in a specific puppy.
  3. Reservation Period: Once a deposit is received, the puppy is reserved for you. If you fail to complete the full payment within the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation, and the deposit will be forfeited.

Payments and Refunds

  1. Full Payment: The remaining balance after the deposit must be paid before the puppy is collected or delivered. Payment methods and deadlines will be discussed and agreed upon during the transaction process.
  2. Refunds on Full Payments: Refunds on full payments, excluding the deposit, will be considered on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:
    • If unforeseen circumstances prevent us from providing the reserved puppy.
    • If the puppy develops a serious health condition prior to transfer, verified by a licensed veterinarian.
  3. Refund Requests: To request a refund, you must contact us immediately and provide any supporting documentation. Refund decisions will be made at our discretion based on the circumstances.
  4. No Refunds for Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued if you change your mind after making a deposit or full payment. Please ensure you are fully committed before reserving a puppy.

Health-Related Refunds

  1. If a health issue arises within the first 72 hours of receiving your puppy, as verified by a licensed veterinarian, we will work with you to resolve the matter. This may include offering a refund (excluding the deposit), covering reasonable veterinary costs, or providing a replacement puppy if available.
  2. Any health-related refund requests must be accompanied by a detailed veterinarian report.

Delivery and Collection

  1. Puppies must be collected or delivered at an agreed time. If you fail to collect your puppy within the specified timeframe, we may consider the agreement void, and the deposit will be forfeited.
  2. Delivery services may incur additional fees, which will be communicated during the transaction.

Cancellation Policy

  1. By the Buyer: If you decide to cancel your reservation after making a deposit, the deposit is non-refundable. If a full payment has been made, the refund will exclude the deposit amount and may be subject to other deductions.
  2. By the Seller: If we are unable to fulfill the agreement due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund the deposit and any additional payments made in full.
